The second model is the Hyporheic Pumping Model. This model simulates
the sinusoidal curve of waves which result it in a sinusoidal distribution of
head values over a differently shaped soil block. The head distribution leads to the water from
the high head locations (waves) to the low head locations (trenches) In this
soil distribution we carry through the soil system found in the permeameter
model so that the environments are approximately the same.
